I love flowers for their beauty, yet what really captures me about them is their seemingly nonchalance. They bloom, follow the sun, then fade, and all is well—purpose fulfilled. It is a reminder that sometimes you have to let go of things and let things be, in particular, things outside our control. Bloom, darling. Composed of 100% postconsumer paper and paint, the art was made by mixing paper pulp with paint and then pouring it. Highly textured and sealed, it can be experienced by touch.
